AWS Mass Grading, Phase I pad completed. 

November 2023- March 2024.

In coordination with Madison County Engineer, construction administration, and field coordination for approximately 2 million total pad square footage for Phase I building pad. Pad construction included 715,000 plus cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 200,000 cubic yards of undercut, and 750,000 cubic yards of borrow to construct the building pad.  The construction of the pad was initiated in December 2023 and delivered in March 2024 and April 2024 services provided include:

• Stormwater Planning 

• Permitting Assistance

• Coordination AWS Design Team

• Opinion of Probable Construction Cost

• Construction Administration
